The staff were seriously friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that. the location was super convenient to public transport. Made getting around easy. the room was clean and modern. It felt fresh and up-to-date.
The room felt pretty small. I struggled with luggage space. the walls are thin. I could hear noises from other rooms. breakfast was basic. I expected more variety.

The breakfast variety impressed me. Everything looked fresh and tasty! the bed was super comfortable too! it offered me a nice view of the castle from my terrace. the staff were super friendly and helpful.
the walls are rather thin so noises from neighboring rooms and conversations were easily heard. i could even hear when someone flushed the toilet. this was noticeable mainly during sleeping hours and proved a bit disturbing.

breakfast had many options, regularly refilled. i saw fair trade coffee from a well-kept machine. the staff was zealous in clearing hot food right at 10.30 am on weekdays.

the hotel location is great, super close to the centre, just a short walk. i noticed excellent restaurants are nearby. it is about a 5 min walk to the bus for the airport.

The room was super clean. lots of super clean towels were available. the shower was amazing. It came with luxury soaps, shampoo, and conditioner fitted on the wall.
The location was a little out of the way. This was not ideal. there was very limited storage space. There was no space to hang clothes. the room was noisy. I could hear the pipe work for other rooms' showers.

the staff was helpful. the cleanliness was really nice!
The door to my terrace was broken. No apologies, just an offer of late checkout if i asked. the room was tiny with zero ventilation. Bathroom smells permeated everything. i mentioned it was my anniversary. They probably upgraded me, but no one bothered to communicate anything.

The walls seemed thin I could hear conversations from other rooms it was difficult when trying to sleep early in the morning. The lobby staff seemed more concerned about their social media updates than attending to guests that seemed rude I thought. Showers were a problem the bathroom was flooded I used extra towels to dry this.

the room was really small there was barely space for my luggage the bathroom felt cramped i could hardly move while showering it's frustrating because the photos online made it seem much bigger i felt misled by the room size, the room size.
